Since September 1998 there is a Club at the Zurich Geroldstrasse that has influenced the nightlife on the Limmat in such a wide scale, that it became legendary.

The Super Market Club is one of the main axes at the center of the clubbing in Zurich.
As the location in the late 90's opened its doors for the first time, Boomtown Zurich West was still largely uncultivated land, but now Zurich West is one of the most exciting mini-universe of electronic music in Europe.
The fusion of underground and commerce, the club has set a standard that was adopted by many other venues. Despite the immense importance of the Supermarket (formerly a garage) for the Swiss night-life, the club is still an "old" remained: brick walls and a long concrete floor - which has become cult - belongs to the location, such as the Supermarket even to the Zurich clubbing firmament.
