Licks & Brains have just finished recording their Christmas Album, called Driving Home. Dutch Christmas will be a funky one, with soulfunkjazz interpretations of well known christmas songs. A full line-up of vocal guests includes Shirma Rouse, Kris Berry, Kim Hoorweg, Mrs Hips, Laura Vane, Rob de Nijs, Frank Montis, Lo van Gorp, Loes Luca and rap-collective Vlijmscherp. Release date will be November 29, followed by a concert tour in December, including performances on Radio6, Radio1 and at the North Sea Jazz Club Amsterdam.
